Our
release form and rental contract is required for anyone using our
equipment, travelling in our shuttle busses, or renting from Front
Royal Canoe/Shenandoah River Trips. While we do have release forms
available at our shop, we recommend any groups (especially large groups
of 10 or more people) to have the form printed out, signed, and ready
before the date of your trip. This will speed up your departure, by
getting you and your group on the river faster.
Important Things To
Notice On The Form:
- Children
under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature on their
form.
- Be sure to
read the entire form and fill in all information needed.
- Be sure to
sign, date and returnall pages of your form.
- Read the
form CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY, contact Front Royal
Canoe/Shenandoah River Trips or your lawyer if you have any questions
about the information it contains.
